About Erika Glam

Erika is a self-made first generation American success story. Erika is a branding expert who specializes in beauty brand development and education. Erika first launched her business as a graphic design shop on Etsy while living in Connecticut and bartending 5 nights a week. As her business started to grow, she decided to make the leap full time so she could assist more beauty businesses.
Within just a few short years, Erika hit the top 1% on Etsy selling digital products and custom design services, creating a multiple 6 figure income, helping 10’s of thousands of brands, and seeing her work in major retail businesses such as Walmart, Target, and CVS.
After a while, she got even hungrier to help beauty businesses grow, and decided to jump into education and brand development. Erika has helped beauty businesses of all stages improve their reach and sales online, while also developing some of the most visually appealing brands in the industry.
She now resides back in her hometown of San Diego with her husband and daughter. Erika and her team are committed to actively helping as many beauty businesses as possible grow online and increase their reach globally.

He is also responsible for the operations of the Erika Glam brand. On top of that, he’s dedicated to podcast education and helping others expand their online personal brands.

Chelsey is an experienced lash and permanent brow artist. She spent 15 years as a medical secretary in a busy dialysis unit, as well as a year running social media marketing for a statewide gubernatorial campaign in Hawaii. Now she finds herself still actively growing her clientele in the beauty industry, while making sure our coaching members are hitting their goals and getting their questions answered.

Ashleigh has been a licensed and practicing Medical Aesthetician since 2004,  recognized as one of the top 5 Cosmetic Tattoo Artists in Australia & her salon has been recognized as the Best Treatment Clinic Perth 2021. Because of Ashleigh’s success, she is now able to run her beauty business in Australia while living in the US., and is now paying it forward as one of the Glam Squad coaches.

Here, I know my efforts are seen and so I will pursue growth by remaining dedicated, present, and driven. I take full responsibility for the quality of my work because it has a direct impact on my overall success and the growth of my company. Despite what obstacles I may face, I will continue to adapt, learn, and produce. Today is the only day that matters, not what I did yesterday and not what I have planned for tomorrow. With enough time, there’s nothing I can’t accomplish if I make it my mission to do so.
